CallRail: numbers and minutes inside the plan

CallRail's Lead Tracking is $55 a month billed monthly or $50 a month billed yearly, plus usage, and the plan includes 5 local numbers, 250 local minutes and 25 texts. Swapping and recording come on all four CallRail plans, while form tracking is limited to the two Complete plans. It fits a business that wants a set allowance; CallRail alternatives has its full bill.

Nimbata: one rate for each answered call

Nimbata bills per answered call, not per minute. Pro is $39 a month billed monthly or $35 a month billed annually, and form tracking starts one step up, on Marketing at $89 a month billed monthly or $80 a month billed annually. On Pro, usage is $3.20 a local number and $0.06 an answered call. Entry is $0 plus usage, without number swapping or recordings.

CallTrackingMetrics: no numbers or minutes included, recording free

CTM's Marketing Lite is $79 a month billed monthly or $65 a month billed yearly, plus usage, with no numbers or minutes included: a local number is $2 a month and a local minute $0.04. Recording is free on all plans. Form tracking arrives on Marketing Pro, with 5,000 form submissions included. CTM is month-to-month with no contract.

Lead Recorder: forms and taps at one plan price

Lead Recorder's Business plan is $39 a month, or $390 a year. Form tracking, phone taps and unlimited leads come on every plan; a lead is a form submission, phone-number tap or booking recorded with its source. Real calls need the call tracking add-on, $29 a month, which does not record calls or swap the number for each visitor.

Lead Recorder's own WhatConverts page says the credit is the same on every plan, but WhatConverts' pricing page lists a different credit by plan, so this guide uses WhatConverts' figures. WhatConverts' pricing page offers a 14-day free trial on each plan card, and Lead Recorder's home page offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card to start. Lead Recorder pricing covers the three plans.
