Lead Recorder pricing: how the plans are built, what the call add-on includes and what to confirm

How Lead Recorder plans are built by site count, what a session is, what the call tracking add-on includes and which billing terms to confirm, read Nov 1, 2026.

Last materially reviewed November 1, 2026

Quick answerLead Recorder prices by the number of sites you track, with unlimited leads on every plan, and sells call tracking as a separate add-on with its own number and minute allowance. This page covers the structure and the limits. Amounts stay on the vendor's live pricing page.
Lead Recorder is likely to fit when

✓ Owners of local service businesses whose leads arrive mainly through web forms and phone taps

✓ Web designers and small agencies who want a source on each client lead without choosing a pool of numbers

✓ Businesses that want a forwarding number that logs calls without recording them

✓ Owners who want a flat, site-based plan rather than usage charges

Important limitations

— Businesses that need call recordings, transcripts or a different number for each visitor

— Teams that want a sales pipeline or CRM in the same tool

— Owners who only need Google Ads calls counted, which Google's own call reporting does

— Multi-location companies and contact centers that need enterprise call analytics

Lead Recorder pricing: how the plans are built

Lead Recorder offers three plans named Business, Studio and Agency. They differ by how many sites you track, how many sessions the account covers and how many team members can log in. Leads are unlimited on every plan, and the vendor describes the pricing as flat with no per-lead or usage line items. The pricing page also offers an annual option that it describes as two months free.

Amounts are not repeated on this page because plans and bands change. Read them on the vendor's live pricing page from a US view, with the monthly and annual options both shown, and confirm the plan for your site count.

What each plan includes

  • Business: 1 site, 20,000 sessions a month, 1 team member, email alerts, lead statuses and CSV export.
  • Studio: everything in Business plus 5 sites, 100,000 sessions a month, client commenting and 5 team members.
  • Agency: everything in Studio plus 25 sites, 400,000 sessions a month pooled across the account, white label, API access, 15 team members and priority support.
  • Beyond 25 sites: the pricing page says this is not a published plan and is arranged by hand.

What a session is and why it sets your ceiling

The vendor defines a session as one visitor's activity on a site, starting at the first page view and continuing as long as no more than 30 minutes pass between page views. A new session starts after a longer gap or on the next visit. Each website or domain that carries the snippet counts as one site.

The session allowance is a fair-use ceiling rather than a hard stop. The pricing page says nothing is charged automatically when you pass it. You get an email at 100 percent usage and the vendor treats it as a conversation. A busy local site and a campaign landing page can both reach the ceiling in a good month, so compare the allowance with your own visit counts before choosing a plan.

The call tracking add-on is a separate line

  • Included: 2 tracking numbers and 150 call minutes a month, for numbers in the United States, Canada or Australia, on top of an active Business, Studio or Agency plan.
  • What it logs: the caller, the call length and whether the call connected or was missed. The vendor lists recording, transcription and per-visitor number swapping as things it does not do.
  • Unclear point: the home page says there are no per-minute charges, while the pricing page lists 150 included minutes. Ask in writing what applies past that amount.
  • Optional by design: the vendor says to add it only if you want phone calls logged as leads. Tapped phone numbers are tracked without it.

How rival call tracking tools bill, in structure only

  • CallRail: feature packages such as Call Tracking Intelligence, Premium Conversation Intelligence, Form Tracking and Voice Assist, each sold at several tiers with a set number of included minutes, messages or API calls.
  • WhatConverts: tiered plans for single accounts and for unlimited accounts, each with a usage credit, plus usage charges for extra numbers, minutes, transcription and text messages.
  • CallTrackingMetrics (CTM): four plans, billed monthly, yearly or every two years, with usage charged on top.
  • Invoca: Pro, Enterprise and Elite tiers by quote, with an annual allowance of numbers.

Billing terms to confirm before paying

Two of the vendor's own pages do not line up. The pricing page offers monthly or annual billing and a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans, and the home page offers a 14-day free trial. The terms, last updated July 2026, say paid plans are billed monthly, that you can cancel at any time and keep access until the period ends, and that partial months are not refunded. Ask which wording applies to an annual plan.

To test whether a plan is worth it, compare the monthly total of plan and add-on with the value of one extra job a month that you could win by moving ad spend to the source that actually produces leads. The Lead Recorder review covers fit, and the best call tracking software guide shows what the alternatives include.
