Call tracking pricing: plan fees, number fees and minutes across the main tools

Last reviewed November 1, 2026

Quick answerExpect a plan fee plus usage: $30 to $79 a month on monthly billing at WhatConverts, CallRail and CallTrackingMetrics, then $2 to $3 a local number and $0.04 to $0.06 a local minute. Nimbata bills per answered call.

Call tracking pricing: what you pay each month

Call tracking is billed as a plan fee plus usage. On monthly billing, the lowest paid plans that carry call tracking run from $30 a month at WhatConverts to $79 at CallTrackingMetrics (CTM); Nimbata's Entry plan is $0 a month plus usage. Lead Recorder Business is $39 a month, or $390 a year, plus $29 a month for its call tracking add-on. Figures are in United States dollars, as read on November 1, 2026.

A bill has three parts: the plan fee, local numbers past those included, and minutes, or answered calls at Nimbata.

Do tracking numbers cost money?

Yes, beyond the numbers a plan includes. A local number costs $2 a month at CTM, $3.20 on Nimbata Pro and $4.60 on Nimbata Entry; WhatConverts lists $2.50 and CallRail $3 for each extra one. Toll-free numbers cost more: $3 at CTM, $3.50 at WhatConverts and on Nimbata Pro, and $5 at CallRail.

CallRail includes 5 local numbers in each plan, and CTM includes none. A CallRail website pool, which swaps a number for each visitor, needs at least four numbers, each billed as a number. Lead Recorder's add-on includes 2 and states no price for another. Google's forwarding numbers on the website route come "without any cost to you"; see free call tracking software.

What a minute or an answered call costs

CallRail charges $0.06 a local minute past the 250 its plans include, and rounds each call up to the nearest minute. WhatConverts charges 4.5 cents a local minute against its $30 usage credit. CTM charges $0.04 and includes no minutes.

Nimbata bills per answered call, whatever its length: $0.06 on Pro and $0.10 on Entry. Lead Recorder's add-on has 150 included minutes, nothing stated beyond, and its pages word the per-minute charge two ways; Lead Recorder pricing sets them side by side.

Monthly or yearly billing: what changes

CallRail is $50 a month on Yearly, with 12 months of the base fee due at once and usage billed monthly; its annual plans are nonrefundable. CTM is $65 a month billed yearly, or $60 a month billed every 2 years. Nimbata Pro is $35 a month on annual billing. WhatConverts has no yearly option.

Lead Recorder prints both prices on each card: Business is $39 a month or $390 a year, and the add-on is a monthly $29 only. Its pricing page and its terms word billing and refunds differently, so ask which billing and refund wording applies.

Add-ons and per-lead fees that raise the bill

CallRail sells white label, your own branding, at $65 a month, and charges $0.02 for a form past its allowance and $0.05 for an analysis minute of conversation intelligence. WhatConverts adds $50 a month for white label, 10 cents for each form lead and 2 cents a minute for transcription; its $30 plan covers calls and texts only.

Nimbata charges $5 a month for an extra seat, $15 for an extra project and $55 for white label. Invoca publishes no prices and sells by quote. Lead Recorder has no per-lead charge: every plan includes unlimited leads.

Pick Nimbata for billing per answered call, at one rate whatever the call length. Pick Lead Recorder for forms and phone taps at a flat plan price.

Lead Recorder can be tried first: its home page offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, while its pricing page offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. See best call tracking software for the wider choice.
