Try Lead Recorder, no card needed →CallRail: numbers and minutes inside the plan
CallRail's Lead Tracking is $55 a month billed monthly or $50 a month billed yearly, plus usage. It includes 5 local numbers, 250 local minutes and 25 texts, where CTM includes none. Recording and number swapping, which shows each visitor a different phone number, are ticked on all four CallRail plans. Past the allowance CallRail charges $3 a local number and $0.06 a local minute, against CTM's $2 and $0.04 from the first one.
WhatConverts and Nimbata: lower entry prices, usage on top
WhatConverts' Call Tracking plan is $30 a month, monthly only, with a $30 usage credit against usage charges. Nimbata's Pro plan is $39 a month billed monthly or $35 a month billed annually; its Entry plan is $0 plus usage but has no number swapping or recordings. Nimbata bills one rate per answered call. Both add usage, so neither entry figure is a total bill; WhatConverts alternatives compares them further.
Lead Recorder: when calls come second to forms
Lead Recorder's Business plan is $39 a month, or $390 a year, and it tracks forms, phone taps (a tap on a clickable phone number) and bookings on every plan. CTM adds form tracking on Marketing Pro, $179 a month billed monthly or $149 a month billed yearly. Lead Recorder's call tracking add-on, $29 a month, brings 2 numbers and 150 minutes but does not record calls or swap the number for each visitor.
CTM's sign-up asks for a credit card for an initial payment, while Lead Recorder's home page offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card to start.
What you keep by staying with CTM
Recording is free on all CTM plans, and Marketing Lite includes standard recording and forwarding. Marketing Pro adds form tracking with 5,000 submissions, 3,000 transcribed minutes and sub-accounts. On monthly billing CTM is month-to-month with no contract, and you cancel inside the software. A credit card funds the balance for numbers and minutes. CallRail alternatives repeats this comparison from CallRail's side.
